2026 Annual Conference Session Proposal Submission
This year's conference will be held in Richmond, VA October 16 - 18, 2026. If your proposal is accepted, all presenters will be required to register for the conference by May 1, 2026.
Please note that presentation slots are limited. For this reason, presenters may not appear on the program in more than two presentations. If you plan to submit more than one proposal for consideration, you must complete and submit a separate form for each proposal.
NCGE does not reimburse conference presenters for conference registration, travel, or hotel expenses. Presenters are responsible for providing any materials they plan to use or distribute in their presentations at their own cost. If your proposal is accepted, NCGE will confirm your A/V needs.
